OUR STORY
SWAT Restoration was founded by property management professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges of finding reliable, high-standard emergency restoration services. That industry perspective shaped everything about how we work — response protocols, documentation practices, communication standards, and the way we show up on-site.
Over the years, we’ve completed hundreds of restorations across the Greater Toronto Area, growing entirely through referrals from property managers and building operators who trust our approach.
